It's that time of year when I get to see lot of my regular clients. This family is so dear to my heart because they are some of the best people you could ever meet.  They just so happen to be Canadian...just sayin. I photographed lil' Kyle when he was just a week or two old and now I get to see him once a year.  Every time I am in awe of how much he has grown and changed.  

About the Session

For this session we chose a McClellan Ranch Preserve in Cupertino. This 18 acre natural preserve was once a horse ranch and now is a perfect photo location for family sessions. It has the original ranch house, old water tower and a beautiful accessible creek nearby which we loved to play at.  At first Kyle was shy but that took only about a minute. Soon enough, we were running, playing and exploring.

I had a wonderful time during this lifestyle newborn photo session at my client's home in San Francisco.  I've had a pleasure of photographing them over the years starting with their beautiful wedding and almost every year since then. It is a definite perk of my job to see my clients families grow.  I must admit, as a dog lover I was super excited to see Mickey again. He must be the sweetest dog I have ever encountered and he is so gentle with his little sisters. 

The newest addition, baby Zoe, is adorable.  Enjoy!

Lands End and Sutro Baths area of San Francisco has proven to me once more to be the most beautiful locations for photography in the city.  It is also important to mention that this was one of those perfect San Francisco October days where it's warm, not foggy and not windy.  The sunlight's glow created pure magic as it poured through the tree branches. All of the nature components aligned creating a perfect photographic nirvana. But most importantly, I just happen to love and adore this family. They are clients who turned to be more friends then clients over the last four years.  

With confidence I can say that this session has quickly become one of my top five family sessions ever that I had a pleasure of photographing. It was really difficult selecting these 30 images as my favorites because I love them all. Enjoy!
